Some info for class:
This is a 90-minute class exploring dynamic changes, shifting attention, weight, momentum, and anatomical structures
Triskelion requires proof of vaccination and masks to stay over the mouth and nose for the entirety of your time in the space
Space is limited, pre-registration is required
Doors open at 1. Class starts at 1:15. No late entry (sorry folx)
